THE ANSWERS TO WHAT YOU HEARD FROM INSIDE THE WOMB
So, what you probably noticed was how easy it was to recognize the music and that it was Braham’s Lullaby. And you also probably recognized the contrast with words, as they were very difficult, mostly impossible to really understand.
The one word which is most consistently guessed correctly is the first word, “photographic”. The rest of the words are as follows: feet, enclosure, unconcordant, bug.

About Sounds from the Womb
So, you can tell from these sounds, that the unborn baby, would be more able to learn a piece of music rather than speech sounds. Obviously, it is easier to recognize the music. This is why we use a song, specially crafted for your baby, using your voice with an instrumental accompaniment, to create a Womb Song. After making your personalized Womb Song, you play it in a scientifically determined pattern to your baby during pregnancy. Then, you can then use your Womb Song, during birth and through the first year of life, as a powerful calming and Bonding tool.
We have the opportunity to hear inside the womb through the efforts of two groups in the world who have been able to make actual recordings from inside the womb. This very small and safe microphone was inserted into the uterus during labor, being positioned in a pocket of amniotic fluid using ultrasound.
Sounds were then played in the delivery room at sound levels that would reflect their normal sound intensities.
"A Day in the Life of the Unborn Baby" is a downloadable MP3 file where you will hear a variety of sounds as they would normally be heard in our air based world and then from inside the womb. You will hear the family voices of a little girl and her brother talking with their parents about what the unborn can hear. Then you will hear how different types of musical sounds are experienced by the unborn baby. You will hear several instruments and how they differ from the singing voice. You will hear from inside and outside with each selection.
From this sound track you will appreciate why the unborn baby can hear, learn and retain a memory of his womb song. To take advantage of the babies ability to learn and create a powerful preparation and bonding experience between parents and baby see A Sound Beginning, below.
A Sound Beginning
"A Sound Beginning" is a scientifically founded prenatal learning, bonding and family development program. It consists of four aspects of parental preparation. This includes, Musical Bonding, a scientifically proven technique for teaching the unborn baby a Womb Song, using mom and/or dad's voice.
Using the Womb Song during birth and the first 2 weeks is Transitional Musical Birthing, and smooths babies adjustment to an environment which is often over stimulating to a newborn.
Most importantly, the Womb Song can be used to calm a crying baby about 90% of the time it is used. The quieting ability of the Womb Song usually last at least 1 year and is a most valuable and welcome parenting tool by all parents.
